New features and improvements
Lift8 – Identification of lift shaft in alarm call by voice message. Lift8 – Alarm button self-test added, special type of alarm button needed. Lift8 – Italian voice menu added. Lift8 – Polish voice menu added. Lift8 - Possibility to set siren output on the machine room communicator when alarm call activated. Lift8 - Information E-mail from alarm call to Control Panel (additional functionality to E-mail notification about checking call). LiftIP – Italian voice menu added. All tools - GUI of Lift8 supports seven languages: CZE, ENG, ESP, GER, FRA, ITA, RU. Communicator - Plan or map of the area with marked locality of lift is visible during emergency call. Communicator - Possibility to set keyboard shortcuts for define actions in Communicator to allow use of keyboard emulator. Communicator – Test of microphone connection added.
Bugfixes
Installation - Missing DLL libraries when Lift8 tools installed, mostly connected with Win10. Lift8 - Time overflow error – when Lift8 runs 49,7 days, timer overflow can result into unexpected irregularities in function. Lift8 – Alarm call with CPC Antena support failed in intercom identification – first number lost. Lift8 - Time synchronization by SNTP on by default – log with correct timing supported. LiftIP – issue with Payload Type for DTMF. LiftIP – communication issue with AVAYA – too long packets. LiftIP – After change of configuration confirmed by password, wrong password reported. Service tool - doesn’t correctly display all parameters depending on screen resolution. Service tool – incorrect filter, only numbers applied. Service tool – Device info error when older device connected because of missing hwinfo. L8 Server - Special characters for example - !@#$% - can’t be used as part of the SIP password. L8 Server - after change of IP address on connected PC registration failure occur. L8 Server – Error occur when E-mail report sent to three or more address.
