My name is Michael Vostatek and I have been with 2N since 2008. I am the Regional Sales Director responsible for an international team of sales oriented managers based in the UK, Germany, Benelux and Inside Sales Representatives based in Prague.
2N is a global leader in IP access control. We revolutionize how people enter their homes and offices around the world. We are Prague based with 400+ employees worldwide. Member of the international Axis/ Canon group since 2016.

The new Field Sales Engineer will be ideally based in the South of England alongside existing Sales Managers and other team members, will work closely with Technical Support Department, Presales and Sales Department in HQ. The position is responsible for fast, clear and quality fulfilment of technical troubleshooting by phone or on site, taking support calls for the UK & Ireland, giving technical trainings to new and existing partners, play a supporting role on projects with Sales Managers.

What will you do at our company?

Work together with other team members in the UK and Inside Sales Representative and technical support in HQ
Consultant for projects, clearing technical requirements and design of solutions
Consultations with customers
Carry out technical trainings and demonstrations to partners
Solution design, selection of best fit products, their interconnection/integration
Other activities assigned by the superior based on current job requirements

Integration with 3rd party systems and products
Supervision during project realization
Technical Support for UK & Ireland customers
Attend exhibitions and fairs
Transfer of information from meetings and exhibitions towards Sales and PM

What do you need to work at the position?

Higher or University education with technical specialization
Knowledge of technical principles used in telecommunication
Native English speaker or similar
Knowledge of OS Windows, Linux, IP, network technology
Practice in IP, Telecommunications, Access Control

Willingness to travel and present 2N company at exhibitions and at customer site
Driving licence group B
Reliability, technical thinking, skills, ability for fieldwork, adaptability to time-consuming fieldwork (also abroad)
