Technical Specialist Manager
My name is Petr Ovesný and we are looking for someone, who will contribute to the satisfaction of our customers with our products. Currently, there are 15 people in the team, who are providing technical training and support at the level of L2 to our customers and business partners in the field of IT, telecommunications and engineering. These companies are both in our country and abroad. Apart from the support, our concern is the training of partners and colleagues at 2N and the technical preparation of exhibitions and various events. 2N participates in around 100 events per year, all over the world.

What will you do in our company?

  • Provide technical support for our customers, during the weekdays from 9 a.m to 5 p.m. (via email, telephone or web form)
  • Preparation of the events, training, and exhibitions from the technical perspective. Training takes place online (at our office, or at our partners). Training and exhibitions also provide opportunities of travelling abroad
  • Be in charge of our German line towards customers and cooperate with other members of the german speaking teams
  • Preparation of manuals, presentations and articles either in cooperation or individually
  • Closely cooperate with: Customer Service, Product Management, Pre-sales, Marketing and Sales
  • For your work, you will use: Salesforce, MS Office, Wireshark and Team Viewer (an advantage is if you already have some knowledge of these programmes)

What do you need to work at the position?

  • We work as a team, but you will work individually as well
  • At least high school education and this position is suitable also for fresh graduates
  • Relationship to technology and IT is necessary as well as an active approach to solving problems
  • Knowledge and practical experience with TCP/IP, local networks and VoIP technologies (especially SIP)
  • Communicative knowledge of German
  • Communicative knowledge of English as many customers are from abroad
  • Knowledge of another language (French, Italian or Spanish) is welcomed
  • You can improve your language skills during the language courses
  • Driving Licence
