The new 2N® LTE Verso Debug Module will help you deal with problems in connecting to mobile operator networks at installation sites.
One advantage of the 2N® LTE Verso intercom is that the customer themselves selects the mobile operator for connection to the network. Yet, sometimes the SIM card may not want to connect to the operator’s network. This means you cannot connect the intercom to the internet and configure it remotely. This also means that you cannot even find out what the problem is. A solution to this did exist, but it was rather lengthy. We make your work easier with our new servicing accessory.
Simply connect the 2N® LTE Verso Debug Module to the intercom and then connect the ethernet cable to the module. Doing this, you are connecting the intercom to the LAN, which lets you configure it on the spot. You can also simply download the device trace and send it to our technical support department. They will analyse it there and let you know what the problem is.
We developed this accessory especially for you – technicians and installers – to make your work administrating 2N® LTE Verso intercoms easier. The module is not designed to permanently connect the intercom to the network by ethernet cable. You even wouldn’t be able to close the intercom. Above all, the customer would lose one of the biggest advantages of this intercom – connection the network via SIM.
