2N® Lift8
A highly modular elevator communication system, where the two-wire bus makes the 2N® Lift8 readily installable in any elevator context. This means that when it comes to providing for emergency elevator communications you won’t have to trouble with putting in new cabling. 2N® Lift8 meets all the applicable EU standards.

Easy installationTake advantage of the 2 wire communication bus for installation in the shaft. This makes for the quick and easy replacement of legacy solutions.

Comprehensive, modular, expandableYou can connect up to 8 independent lift shafts to one central 2N® Lift8 unit. Each shaft can have up to 6 communication units.

Wide range of communication interfacesChoose from a wide range of communication interfaces, among PSTN/GSM/UMTS/IP. The communication interface can be changed on a modular basis, without having to replace the whole system.

Simple configurationThe configuration can be done locally with the supplied configuration software application or remotely using the voice menu, software application or SMS.

Conference callsWithin each of the shafts you can run a conference call between all the connected units, including the unit in the machine room.

Fireman communication unitThe fireman unit serves during fire-fighter intervention. It activates a call with top priority, and allows you to establish a connection with the cabin communicator and machine room in the same lift shaft.

4 versions of cabin unitsYou can choose from the basic unit behind a panel, a cabled panel unit and units to install on the surface (‘Compact’ case) or flush mounted.

Extending modulesThe system can be extended by additional I/O modules, a camera module, or an RS232 module. In addition to audio units you can remotely monitor the status of the lift controller.

Up to 6 numbers for alarm calls2N® Lift8 allows you to specify up to 6 numbers for alarm calls, their calling sequence is based on user settings.

Own call centreThe 2N® Lift8 system comes with its own application for surveillance and a call centre. You obtain a comprehensive solution including supervisory software.
