What Will 2N Show Off at Interlift, the Largest Trade Fair for Lifts?

We will explain why IP is the future of emergency lift communication and show off two more solutions and prototypes for new products from 26 to 29 April at stand 5112, Messe Augsburg.

IP is the future. No discussion

2N Easy Gate IPIt’s clear today that even in the area of emergency lift communications, IP is the way to go. If you don’t think so, come and chat with our experts. Their arguments are specific – only IP offers you remote device management and monitoring. In many countries, 2G, 3G and landline networks are already being phased out, so no one can avoid the move to 4G. And only VoIP can guarantee a seamless DTMF transmission.

Choose your solution

IP is the future, but you don’t need an IP cable in a travelling cable. At our booth, you will find three solutions. Which one best suits your project?

  • Analogue – an analogue communicator in the cabin and the 2N® EasyGate IP 4G gateway.
  • Modular/digital – a 2N® Lift8 system for up to eight lift shafts, audio units below/above the cabin, modules for communicating with the world (UMTS, LTE, VoIP, GSM) and lift controller (RS-232, IP).
  • IP – a 2N® LiftIP 2.0 IP communicator in the cabin and a 2N® LiftGate IoT gateway, which brings IP into the cabin using just two wires.

Prototypes

At Interlift, we will be showcasing several brand-new products, such as an elevator communicator with a display for text-based emergency communication with the deaf, the 2N® EasyGate IP+ with new interfaces and monitoring equipment to provide permanent diagnostics and fault detection.

In the two and a half years since the last Interlift, our team has been working continuously on innovations in lift communications. I’m convinced the products we’ll be presenting in Augsburg at the end of April will astonish the professional community” – Pavel Kotek, Lift Sales Director.
