2N® Call Center – Control Panel enables complete system set-up and administration. With the help of this software, you can set up detailed information on individual communicators, their addresses, the method of answering alarm/control calls, etc.

It also allows you to establish new users and administer their rights to access or control 2N® Call Center – Control Panel and 2N® Call Center – Communicator software applications (e.g. technicians’ rights to service a group of lifts).
The software also provides a complete overview of alarm and control calls. There is also the option of exporting data for further processing. A condition for operation is the installation of 2N® Call Center – Server software on any computer and connection to the same network as the 2N® Call Center – Control Panel.
