We designed the My2N portal primarily for residential building managers. They’re often on the move, and management of the door system isn’t their only job. What’s more, in terms of setup, residential projects are slightly easier. The My2N user interface meets these needs.
The interface is totally user friendly, and the automatic setup makes the whole process straightforward - you won’t need to know technical details. To prioritise simplicity & ease of use, we’ve included a rather simple call and access system setup options into the My2N platform. Despite these being simple settings, we’re sure that up to 90% of residential projects can be set up with them.
2N OS offers superior setup, parameterisation, integration and automation options. This extremely sophisticated door system setup tool allows you to configure the most complex scenarios for your customers. Usually, the 2N OS is accessed on the local network by inputting the IP address of a 2N device, or by using the 2N Network Scanner software to locate 2N devices connected to the local network.
What if you want to manage complex scenarios remotely? It’s all possible thanks to My2N. Through the My2N platform, you can securely navigate through the web interface of any 2N device that is connected to the internet and the My2N portal.
