Audio Transmission in Calls
The call audio parameters are set directly on the tab of the service that provides the call (Calling via SIP or Local Calls between 2N Devices), in the folder.
Open the section.
Go to the page of the service providing the call (specific SIP account, Local calls).
Open the tab.
Here set the necessary sound parameters.
DTMF Signal Transmission Enable
It is possible to switch on the door lock and thus open the door using the DTMF commands sent to this device.
Open the section.
Go to the page of the service providing the call (specific SIP account, Local calls).
Open the tab.
On the tab, select Sending Mode to determine during which calls the DTMF signals can be sent.
Select the required DTMF sending methods.
Tip
Check that you have enabled the methods that are accepted by the device to be called.
Then set the DTMF methods that the device will receive on the tab.
Save the changes.
