Handle intercom calls from Microsoft Teams
You can now connect 2N IP intercoms to Microsoft Teams via the Microsoft SIP Gateway. This lets Teams users answer intercom calls like any other Teams call – whether on a desktop client, mobile app, or compatible desk phone. They can also unlock the door remotely via the Teams dial pad from the same screen.
No extra hardware, no extra hassle
There’s no need for third-party software or hardware (like Session Border Controllers) – the integration works natively with Microsoft Teams, making deployment simple and cost-effective.
Certified, secure, and flexible
Certified by Microsoft, 2N IP intercoms support audio-only calls within the Teams platform. The integration also supports Teams Call Queues so businesses can route intercom calls to groups of users with flexible ringing strategies.
It’s not one-way communication, either – Teams users can also call 2N devices directly from their Teams app.

This integration is available on a wide range of 2N products, including:

- Indoor stations: Indoor View, Indoor View WiFi, Indoor Compact, Indoor Talk, Clip, IP phone D7A
- 2N SIP Audio & Elevator devices: SIP Speaker, SIP Speaker Horn, LiftIP 2.0, Sentrio
All you need is 2N OS version 2.46.1 or higher and a lifetime MS Teams license per intercom and SIP Audio products. The rest of your 2N ecosystem connects without any additional licenses.
