Equipped with a 7” display, VoIP audio calls alongside text communication, and a suite of advanced features, 2N Sentrio ensures that all elevator passengers can access immediate assistance during emergencies, regardless of their accessibility needs.This new release is fully compliant with ASME A17.1-2022 safety standards, making it a reliable guardian for both commercial and residential buildings.

Inclusive communication

Designed to accommodate diverse needs, 2N Sentrio supports VoIP audio calls and text communication, ensuring accessibility for hearing-impaired passengers. It offers multilingual chat with predefined questions. Passengers can select their preferred language at the start of an interaction, ensuring seamless communication. This makes it an indispensable tool for enhancing inclusivity in elevator systems.

Real-time safety with live video

Safety takes center stage with 2N Sentrio’s live video streaming feature, which activates during emergencies. External IP cameras provide real-time visuals to operators, enabling them to better assess the situation and offer prompt assistance. Privacy is also a priority, with the video stream available only in emergencies.

Compliant with safety codes

The device is fully compliant with ASME A17.1-2022 and EN 81-28 and EN 81-70 standards - ensuring adherence to strict safety regulations. In addition, when used with 2N LiftGate, it meets top-level IEC 62443-4-1 and 62443-4-2 cybersecurity standards.

Enhanced emergency management

Operators using the 2N Elevator Center can manage emergency calls through an intuitive interface. The system provides full control over alarm calls, live video streaming, real-time chat, and chat history, enhancing emergency response efficiency.

Flexible and scalable

2N Sentrio is available as a cabin unit with or without buttons, plus you can connect top and bottom shaft audio units to it. We’ll also be releasing a Lobby unit to ensure on-site communication with trapped passengers in high rises in Q1 2025, meaning 2N Sentrio can be scaled to fit any structure.

Cloud-based instant control

The cloud connectivity of 2N Sentrio, through the 2N Elevator Center, enables operators to configure and monitor the device instantly. With pre-loaded templates, the communicator can be set up with minimal effort.

Effortless connectivity via IoT gateway

By pairing 2N Sentrio with 2N LiftGate and Cabin Switch, operators can maintain backed-up PoE power, broadband connectivity, and external communication with just two wires in the travelling cable. This simplifies installation and ensures uninterrupted service during emergencies.
