01 General Description
The 2N and ComfortClick integration enables seamless communication between 2N IP intercoms and more than 50 building automation systems. Through ComfortClick’s bOS platform, events such as intercom calls, button presses, or relay activations can trigger KNX scenes, building workflows, or automation logic across the entire property. Live video from 2N devices is displayed directly in the ComfortClick app, while incoming calls create real-time mobile notifications for residents or facility managers. This integration delivers a unified, customizable and scalable smart building experience—combining 2N access control with ComfortClick’s extensive automation capabilities.
