Integration with 2N products

General Information
IQ Messenger integrates with 2N products through the 2N IP Intercom HTTP API, which is used for device integration, event handling, and control of supported device features. SIP is used for telephony functions such as call handling, while RTSP is used for video integration and streaming. This integration enables IQ Messenger to receive device events, monitor status, control selected device functions, support audio call workflows, and integrate video streams into the solution.
IQ Messenger supports all 2N device product lines that are compatible with the 2N IP Intercom HTTP API. This includes supported 2N intercom, access control, and related devices that expose this API. Through this integration, customers can connect 2N devices with IQ Messenger for centralized communication, monitoring, automation, telephony, and video-enabled workflows.
