Cloud calling to smartphones and tablets is free in residential projects, under the conditions below.

1 free apartment license per installation

• Applies to new residential sites created in My2N after 24 February 2025
• Valid for intercoms added to My2N after 24 February 2025
• The first apartment (up to 4 mobile devices) is automatically free
• This is a standard benefit for all new sites
• Applies to all 2N IP intercoms

1 free apartment license for every 2N indoor station

• Applies to new residential sites created in My2N after 15 October 2025
• Valid for indoor stations added to My2N after 15 October 2025
• Each indoor station comes with a free apartment license (calling up to 4 mobile devices)
• Free for the entire lifetime of the indoor station
• This is a standard benefit for all new sites
• Applies to all 2N OS-based indoor stations (2N Indoor View, 2N Indoor Compact, 2N Clip, 2N Clip 2wire-IP, 2N Indoor Talk), as well as 2N Indoor Touch 2.0. The 2N IP Handset and the 2N IP Phone D7A are excluded.

Important notes

• You can combine both benefits (installation license + indoor station licenses)
• If you exceed the free licenses, additional subscriptions are required
• In non-residential projects, cloud calling is always paid

How free licenses are assigned

• As calling from 2N IP intercoms to mobile phones is provided via the cloud, you need to set it up in the My2N Management Platform.
• The first apartment you configure is automatically assigned the free installation licence
• Free licences from indoor stations are automatically assigned to the apartment where the device is located
• No manual activation is required
