The Challenge Leywand residential project

Austrian developer KIBB introduces the modern Leywand apartment building in Vienna, which offers 196 units of the highest quality. The project aimed to create high-quality and comfortable housing with an emphasis on shared spaces that also respect personal privacy. Residents can enjoy a communal terrace with a barbecue, a children's playground, a shared home office room, a bike room, a private spa, or even guest apartments. The project utilizes 2N's unique technologies that make access to the property, shared spaces and individual apartments both simple and secure.

Leywand Residence

The Solution 2N delivered a comprehensive solution for the Leywand project that fully meets the demands of modern living:

2N IP Style

IP Style video intercoms with a 10-inch display and Full HD camera are located at the main entrance to the building. It is used for communication between visitors and residents and also as a control point for access to the building.

2N Indoor Compact

Individual apartments are fitted with 2N Indoor Compact units, which allow residents to easily communicate with visitors.

Each apartment features video communication via the My2N app, which allows residents to communicate with visitors remotely via their mobile phones.

Pocket House

Residents can use an app by Pocket House to book shared spaces such as a terrace with a barbecue, a children's playground or a private spa. Once the reservation is made, the app generates a PIN which they then enter into the 2N Access Unit Triple Combo access reader.

WaveKey

With 2N access readers, residents can move around the building with just their mobile phones using WaveKey technology or an RFID chip.

2N Access Unit readers

Using the 2N Access Unit readers, residents can gain access to the elevator and parking garage only after being authenticated, ensuring maximum security and access for authorised persons only.
