The offer starts on the 15th October 2025 and is a standard benefit for all new sites
Applies to all 2N OS-based indoor stations (2N Indoor View, 2N Indoor Compact, 2N Clip, 2N Clip 2wire-IP, 2N Indoor Talk), as well as 2N Indoor Touch 2.0. The 2N IP Handset and the 2N IP Phone D7A are excluded.

How to activate it

As calling from 2N IP intercoms to the mobile app is provided via the cloud, you need to set it up in the My2N Management Platform:

Create a new site and choose ‘residential’ as the site type
Add the intercom and indoor stations (connected to the internet).
The free apartment license will automatically be assigned to the apartment where the indoor station is located
Upload the users to the apartments you want to receive calls
Configure the call settings

For those familiar with the My2N Management Platform, there's nothing new here. The number of indoor stations you added to the site equals the number of apartments that will be free of charge.

FAQs

Is this offer time-limited?

This is a standard benefit for all new installations established after the 15th of October 2025. Currently, it is not time-limited, but we reserve the right to change the conditions.

For how long will the service be free in my installation?

The calling will be free for the entire lifetime of the indoor station. If you remove the indoor station, you will lose the free apartment license.

In which type of installations can I use it?

It’s valid only for residential projects and will be activated only if you select a residential site type in the My2N Management Platform.

Can I use it for my current installation?

No, it will be activated only for new sites created after the 15th of October 2025, and for indoor stations that have never been added to any site via the My2N Management Platform.
