CVE 2N

At 2N, cybersecurity is an ongoing priority. As cyber threats continue to grow, we take a proactive and transparent approach to security by regularly testing, identifying, and mitigating vulnerabilities in our products. In line with this commitment, we are publishing four CVEs (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) that address vulnerabilities in the 2N OS and 2N Access Commander systems found by leading cybersecurity experts.

Newly published CVEs in detail

These newly identified vulnerabilities were reported to 2N by two well-established security research teams: Amazon Web Services' security team and Claroty’s Team82. Their in-depth testing and analysis (aimed this time at 2N products) have resulted in four findings, which have been mitigated in our latest software updates. The details of these vulnerabilities are described in the latest CVEs published under the CNA account of our parent company AXIS and can be also found on our website.

Why publishing CVEs matters

The CVE program is an industry-standard initiative that assigns unique identifiers to publicly disclosed security vulnerabilities. By participating in this program, we ensure that our vulnerabilities are documented in a globally recognized system and our partners, installers, distributors, and end users are informed about potential risks. This also demonstrates that our products undergo continuous security improvements.

An ongoing commitment to cybersecurity continued

At 2N, we are committed to transparent communication and continuous security improvements—ensuring our customers and partners can rely on secure IP intercom and access control solutions.

We appreciate the efforts of the Amazon Web Services security team and Claroty’s Team82 in helping us strengthen our products. Their expert testing and responsible disclosure support our goal of delivering secure and reliable solutions.
