If you did not receive an e-mail to activate your My2N account or reset your password:

  • Check the validity of your e-mail address you have entered

  • Check your SPAM folder

If the SPAM folder is empty, please check with your e-mail administrator/provider if the domains  below are not blocked:

  • q1.mailq.cz - (88.208.103.164)

  • q2.mailq.cz - (88.208.103.165)

  • q3.mailq.cz - (88.208.103.166)

  • q4.mailq.cz - (88.208.103.167)
