When is cloud calling from an intercom to a smartphone/tablet free?
Cloud calling to smartphones/tablets is free in residential projects, within these limits:
Residential Projects
- 1 free apartment license per installation
- +1 additional free apartment license for every 2N indoor station
- One apartment license covers up to 4 devices
If you exceed the free licenses, additional subscriptions are required.
Non‑Residential Projects
- Cloud calling to smartphones/tablets is always paid

Choose your installation type carefully
When creating a site, you select the installation type. This choice cannot be changed later, and it determines the pricing model.
Residential
- Includes single‑family homes and apartment buildings
- Pricing is per apartment
- One apartment = up to 4 devices
Commercial
- Includes offices, mixed‑use, and other buildings
- Pricing is per device

Residential (apartment‑based)
The pricing below applies only when the included free licenses are exceeded.
- Annual subscription per apartment: 36 EUR
- 10‑year subscription per apartment: 200 EUR (available via distribution channel only)
Commercial (device‑based)
- Annual subscription per device: 24 EUR
How to purchase a paid subscription
Via the distribution channel
- Purchased by integrators, property managers, or service providers
- Margin can be added by the provider
