Subscription to a paid cloud calling service

Choose the right installation option

By selecting your site option, you will automatically set up the payment model for your paid cloud calling service. Please note that it is not possible to change the installation option later.

  • Residential (including single-family homes and apartment buildings) – per apartment payment model (one apartment includes up to 4 devices)
  • Commercial (including office, mixed-use and other buildings) – per device payment model 

Price

  • Annual subscription per apartment: 36 EUR (MSRP) the first apartment is free of charge
  • Annual subscription per device: 24 EUR (MSRP)
  • 10-year subscription per apartment: 200 EUR  (MSRP) – available only via distribution channel

Sales channels

How can I purchase a paid cloud calling subscription?

  • Via a distribution channel – The service provider (integrator, property manager, etc.) purchases the subscription from the 2N distributor. The service provider may charge a margin. Order numbers are:
  • 9137957  My2N annual device subscription
  • 9137958  My2N annual apartment subscription
  • 9137954  My2N 10-year apartment subscription
  • Via a direct channel – The user pays for the subscription with a credit card directly on the My2N portal. There is no room for margin for the service provider (integrator, property manager, etc.). 

Which devices are subject to payment?

Smartphones, tablets, third-party indoor stations, 2N IP Handset, 2N IP Phone D7A, 2N SIP Speaker and 2N SIP Speaker Horn.
