If you use analogue CO lines for interconnection with PBX or PSTN and no CLIP is displayed on extension of Netstar, then check the following settings:

1) Method of CLIP transfer: FSK or DTMF

2) Timeout of CLI reception - by default the value is 3000 ms, increase on 5000 ms.
