What are the requirements to join?
We’re looking for a large selection of people to help us – which means, whilst it’s much appreciated, we don’t require any expert level of knowledge. Don’t be put off by thinking we only want super-experienced technicians – we want to hear from everyone, no matter their experience level. As long as you can share your insights and opinions, we want to hear them!

What does the market research you’re asking for involve?
It will vary from short surveys and questionnaires to face-to-face chats with a researcher from our team. You don’t have to participate in everything, and we will tailor the topics to your experience and area of interest/expertise (based on the initial entry questionnaire you complete). Themes will vary from devices like access control readers to features such as mobile access, to new product ideas and access control systems in general. Selected surveys will have selected extra benefits. All info will be sent to you regularly, including the time it will take for you to complete the questionnaire. In the case of a face-to-face meeting, we will always schedule an appointment with you beforehand so that you can fit it into your schedule.

How does the incentive system work?
To see the first benefit (the 20€ Amazon voucher), you must join, complete the screening questionnaire, and complete one survey. After you’ve done this, you can activate your voucher. The voucher will be valid for 24 months. After that, you’ll have the opportunity to get more benefits by actively participating in more research!

My company doesn’t allow me to take incentives or rewards. Why should I join?
Rewards aren’t the only good thing about this program! Being part of the development of 2N products is a reward in itself – we’re market leaders, and value the feedback of our target audience like no other company. By helping us, you’ll be part of the development of the access industry and the products you need. Think of it as your chance to influence the development of access control devices according to you and your customer‘s specific needs.

My country doesn’t have Amazon. What can you offer me instead?
We will always offer regional alternatives to countries without Amazon.

Will my answers and data be kept confidential?
We, 2N, may process personal data (e.g. collect and store) when you participate in our online surveys. These surveys can relate to events, new solutions, training and services and aim to understand your experience and satisfaction to help us improve our offer and services to you. The surveys are voluntary. We use the survey platform from our partner Netigate AB to conduct online surveys and collect answers.
