The 2N Presales team will start with an analysis of the key customer requirements to be met (technical as well as non-technical), followed up by a proposal of the most suitable solution. They’ll round it off with a specification of the best fitting 2N products for your needs. 2N products are very often implemented/installed together with a variety of 3rd party systems and the 2N Presales team will find the best and most effective way to integrate all systems with 2N products.
Design and Planning
Working with 2N consultants means you can minimise deployment risks when designing architecture and create a comprehensive deployment plan to put that architecture into operation.
The services offered by 2N include a recommendation for the best configuration of 2N devices and a definition of the requirements for third-party ICT equipment. This means the entire IP access control system, telco, Home Automation, or IP paging system will function properly and meet all customer requirements.
Design Review and Proof of Concept
Ask our team and get expert advice on your security, communication, paging, or access control architecture. 2N consultants study every aspect of 2N device configuration and the surrounding network, making recommendations and observations relevant to helping you achieve your goals.
Need professional Proof of Concept prior to system deployment? Before installation at the customer's premises our technical team can assemble and test the proposed system in our labs and verify that it meets all requirements. The testing may also include verification of interoperability with third-party systems that the customer uses or plans to use. You and your customer engineers are welcome to participate in the testing.
Once the Proof of Concept is ready, our professionals may/can assist to present live demo of the complete solution in front of the customer together with you to show our commitment to provide reliable and innovative solution.
Vendor Assessment
Does your project or customer require a complete vendor assessment? Our Presales team assists in gathering all required information, including important cybersecurity aspects of individual products, complete 2N SW platforms, descriptions of cybersecurity measures within 2N Research and Development, and/or the various cybersecurity standards, certificates, and audits that 2N has completed.
