Product and Solution Managers are the face of our products and solutions. They are the ones who collect and come up with the ideas they need to justify and evaluate the benefits for the customer and the company. They coordinate the development and nurture the product/solution throughout its lifecycle.
Of course, they are not alone in this. They work with powerful cross-functional teams, but it's still often a challenge. They are rewarded when they stumble upon their products/solutions while on vacation in New York, Dubai or even on the F1 circuit.
We have over 200 people in RnD (mechanics, HW division, SW division). The teams work with state-of-the-art labs and build products on their own chips. The software teams in turn develop their own operating system or cloud platform.
It's all done on such a modern technology stack that it scares some candidates at interviews. A lot of delivery management is delegated to individual teams. It's up to them to find the right balance between waterfall and agile methods.
Our Sales team is responsible for the EMEA region and OEM partners. In our team you will find positions focused on insight, traditional sales activities and more technical roles. Among the tools we use Salesforce and for data we use Qlik.
There are over 70 people of many nationalities in the entire Sales team. When they get together once in a while, it's a decent party. They are the pillar of 2N to deliver business results and to meet the target is fine, but to deliver ambition is what motivates them.
Operations at 2N include manufacturing, logistics, strategic purchasing, industrialisation, customer care, customer service, technical support, quality and other areas. It is a series of positions that underpin the final customer satisfaction with our products.
At the same time, these are positions in which you can work long-term, or try other areas over time. In some positions, you can start without any knowledge of the area. But what you should not lack is curiosity and a positive attitude towards our products.
