What is the 2N Certified Installer Program?
The “Certified Installer Program” (CIP) is designed to officially certify installers and system integrators in the efficient installation and configuration of 2N IP intercoms and access control systems – and allow them to grow their business in the process.
Installers who undergo the training will become Certified Installer Program Partners and enter a mutually beneficial partnership with an access industry leader.
There are 2 levels of partnership: Certified and Certified Elite. Each of them with different benefits and requirements.

This program is only valid in the EMEA region. It’s not available in the US or APAC.

2N Academy courses, Basic and Advanced, are available in the following languages: English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Czech, Dutch and Japanese.

The 2N Academy certifications are accreditations given to individuals after passing the 2N Academy courses. The 2N CIP Certifications, however, are accreditations given to companies. 2N CIP certifications are only given to installation companies or system integrators.

CIP Certified and Elite Partners will given priority in response times from the technical department. Elite Partners will receive a response within 3 hours, and Certified Partners within 6 hours. Please note, this time frame refers to the first response after a query is sent, however, the final resolution of the problem may take longer. This timeframe is also only applicable within working hours.

This is valid for CIP Certified and CIP Elite. CIP partners will have access to the 2N technical support portal where they will be able to create, manage, and overview technical cases. Usually, it’s only distributors to have access to technical portal.

Fast Track Advanced Replacement is a benefit available to CIP Elite partners that allows a replacement unit to be shipped in advance, before the defective product is returned to 2N, helping to minimize downtime.
Process: The CIP Elite partner contacts the 2N RMA team with a completed Repair Request Form, copying their distributor and 2N sales representative. Once approved, the replacement unit is shipped immediately. The defective product still must be returned to 2N under standard warranty conditions.

The number of free My2N App vouchers depends on your CIP level: CIP Elite partners receive 20 vouchers, while CIP Certified partners receive 10 vouchers.
- For residential sites, each voucher covers 1 apartment / 1 year.
- For commercial sites, each voucher covers 1 device / 1.5 years.
Vouchers are generated in bulk for all existing CIP partners and sent directly by email to the CIP responsible person listed for your company.

CIP partners can purchase the 2N Demo Case with an additional 20% discount on top of standard NFR re-seller pricing.
(R)NFR means “recommended not for resale price” as stated in the current 2N price list. The special price is guaranteed only to the distributor. The final price for CIP partners may be set differently by the distributor. In such a case, 2N bears no responsibility towards the CIP partner. -
Yes. CIP Elite and CIP Certified partners can purchase one discounted unit of each newly launched 2N product within three months of its launch, at an additional 20% discount compared to standard NFR re-seller pricing.

To become a 2N Certified partner, 2 technicians need to obtain the BASIC 2N Academy certificate.
To become a 2N Elite partner, 4 technicians must obtain the ADVANCED 2N Academy certificate. -
Each partner must ensure that their team renews the required 2N Academy certificates according to their CIP partnership level. CIP Certified partners will need to complete the “Update” courses of 2N Academy BASIC level. Additionally, CIP Elite partners will need to complete the new added courses of 2N Academy ADVANCED level. After completing the updated 2N Academy trainings, 2N will issue a new CIP membership certificate.
