2N was tasked with delivering a discreet, high-end access system that matched the building’s refined design and met strict requirements for both security and user comfort. The system also needed to allow flexible, efficient management for property administrators while blending seamlessly with the building’s travertine façade—one of the largest of its kind in the world.

2N designed a custom access solution that reflects the exclusive character and exacting standards of Pařížská Street. Every device was selected and configured to balance visual harmony with cutting-edge performance.
2N Access Unit 2.0
2N Access Unit 2.0 readers provide reliable access control throughout garages and common areas, including the parking attendant’s post in the basement.
2N Access Unit 2.0 Triple Combo
2N Access Unit 2.0 Triple Combo readers were added in elevators to restrict movement to permitted floors only, based on user credentials.
My2N app
Within the apartments, 2N Access Unit 2.0 readers connect to the My2N app, ensuring residents can manage access conveniently via mobile devices.
2N IP Verso 2.0
Selected premium apartments feature the 2N IP Verso 2.0, supporting QR-code, fingerprint, and mobile access for maximum flexibility.
Control4 home automation
All intercoms are integrated with Control4 home automation, allowing residents to trigger personalized scenarios—such as activating lighting, air-conditioning, or deactivating alarms—upon arrival, while maintaining seamless communication with visitors.
The installation, completed between 2019 and 2024, required close coordination between 2N, architect Viktor Udzenija, and developer Kaprain. Great care was taken to integrate the devices discreetly, preserving the architectural lines and overall aesthetic. Every system component was tested and configured to suit the building’s unique operational and design needs.
