Residence
Located in Královské Vinohrady, offering views of both Prague Castle and the entire Old Town. The six-storey residential building features 57 luxury apartments of various sizes with a front garden, balcony or terrace. Each apartment not only offers a magnificent view, but also a luxuriously furnished interior with integrated smart home technologies.
When the developer SUDOP Invest started planning the project, they were particularly focused on cutting-edge design and smart technologies. The developer, therefore, defined the following access system requirements:

2N IP Verso
2N IP Verso intercoms provide access to this luxury residential property. Due to its modular design, it can be configured exactly according to user requirements. For Churchill Residence, a touchscreen with Bluetooth and RFID reader was chosen, which allows users to use a mobile phone to access the building.

2N Mobile Key
The 2N Mobile Key app turns resident‘s mobile phones into an access card. Users can then enter by pressing a button on the app or by simply touching the reader. Residents also use the 2N Mobile Video app, which allows them to communicate with visitors via outdoor intercoms and open doors from anywhere in the world.
2N Indoor Touch 2.0
The solution also includes 57 2N Indoor Touch 2.0 answering units that have been installed in all apartments. This stylish indoor intercom features a sturdy 7“HD tempered glass touchscreen and the option of integration with home automation systems.

2N Access Unit 2.0
Secure access to the underground garage is provided by the 2N IP Verso intercom in the same configuration, which is also integrated with a license plate reader (in a third-party security camera). Entrances from the garage to the corridor are then fitted with 2N Access Unit 2.0 access readers, again with Bluetooth and RFID readers.

Residents use their smartphones to enter the building. Once their mobile device is synchronised, they simply place their phone against the module at the door. Receptionists can remotely monitor the main entrances, check visitors in and open doors for them.
