The Challenge ZWIRN residential project

The ZWIRN residential project, developed by Scandinavian developer YIT in Bratislava, is situated near the city centre and represents the pinnacle of modern residential living. This project is divided into three phases and will offer a total of 270 apartments.

YIT was looking for a new technological solution for the ZWIRN project that would meet the demanding requirements of modern residential living. The objective was to ensure safe access to the buildings, comfortable apartment control, and integration with other building technologies.

The Solution 2N successfully met the developer's technical requirements and implemented the following products:

Modern building entrance with glass doors and a brick facade featuring an electronic access panel.
2N IP Style

2N IP Style video intercoms were installed at the entrances to the building to ensure safe access and communication with visitors.

The 2N Indoor Touch 2.0 indoor units integrated with the Siemens smart home control system allow residents to conveniently and efficiently control their apartments, including heating and air conditioning.
