After updating the 2N Access Commander from the 3.4.2 version to the 3.5.0 version, it is not possible to use the previous software for configuring the 2N Fortis electronic locks. 

Since the 2N Access Commander 3.5.0 version, it is necessary to use the 2N Fortis Commander. More information about the 2N Fortis Commander can be found in this FAQ article. 

The export file from the 2N Access Commander 3.4.2 version is not compatible with the 3.5.0 version. 

Also, the 2N Fortis Commander file is protected by a password for more security. 

Here's the procedure for continuing with the 2N Fortis management. 

• Set up a 2N Fortis Commander project password in the "Settings -> Electronic Locks -> Fortis Commander -> Project file password" section
• Download the 2N Fortis Commander from the same section and install it on the computer 
• Download the 2N Fortis Commander project file in the same section
• Open the project in the 2N Fortis Commander 
• Make changes if necessary
• Close the project in the 2N Fortis Commander and upload it back into the "Settings -> Electronic Locks -> Fortis Commander" section of the 2N Access Commander's web interface.
