Calling through the My2N SIP Proxy will enable you to call between devices listed in your My2N account

First of all, you need to add your device to Elevator Center. Name the device, select a folder and then insert your serial number and My2N security code. Once added into Elevator Center go into your My2N account and add a new device. Add the EasyGate IP as a 3rd Party device. After filling the device and choosing/creating a user click the „ADD DEVICE“ button. After creating the device click on it and at the bottom of the page you can see the credentials for your device. Now you can go back into the Elevator Center and after clicking your device you scroll down to the SIP account and click „EDIT“. Now you need to insert the credentials from My2N here. Now you the device will display as registered in the Elevator Center and My2N. If you have created a custom phonebook don’t forget to add the newly created device there as well. Everything is set up now and you can start calling all the devices using their My2N numbers.

Deleting 2N EasyGate IP from 2N Elevator Center

After you log in to your 2N Elevator Center account you can see the list of your devices. Select the device you want to remove from 2N Elevator Center Once you’re on the selected device status page, you can click on the “REMOVE DEVICE” option. The 2N Elevator Center will ask you if you want to remove the device The 2N EasyGate IP will then perform the factory reset. All of the settings will set to the default. The 2N EasyGate IP will turn off, the separate red LED indicator in position 1 among the signal LEDs goes on and then the 2N EasyGate IP will turn on again with the LED indicators showing the EGIP status. After that, the 2N EasyGate IP will be removed from your device list.

Easy Gate IP Battery reset

For Factory Reset we can choose to do it from the 1. Web interface 2. Or Reset button on the back of the device for the 20s(wait for the Signal strength turn RED LED diodes on the front of the device) 3. Firmware upgrade can be made in three ways 1. In the web interface of the unit, go to the Maintenance/Firmware section and upload the downloaded file (Choose File). Click Send and confirm with the Save Changes button. There are steps how to upgrade with the Command-line Open the folder in Total Commander that you will have on your PC according to the EGIP country (EU, AU, USA) At the bottom of the Total Commander, type cmd and open it In the cmd line, write "fwupd -c" to verify the FW version and serial number After checking, write "fwupd -f" and then just write "egip" and press TAB, the name of the update file with version 36 should be filled in and "-la -r" should be added at the end Then the upgrade itself will take place and as soon as the device restarts and Result: SUCCESS 0 - OK appears Then just check again with "fwupd -c"

Sending SMS upon input trigger on EasyGate IP

This function allows you to send SMS to the predefined number when the input is triggered. You need to enable SMS sending in SMS/Setting Then enter the recipient's number to which the SMS will go. Afterward, you set the starting mode which will then send the SMS. Alternatively, you can set the activation time depending on your equipment. With these settings, the EGIP will send you an SMS anytime the input is triggered.

SIP calling using My2N

1) Log into your My2N Account 2) Add new device as 3rd party device and name it 3) Choose a user and press add device When you open the new device you can see credentials at the bottom of the page Enter these credentials into the EGIP web configuration After reboot, the SIP will be displayed as registered in both – the EGIP web interface and My2N so it’s ready to use Next, add another device the same way as EGIP but now choose the smartphone or a tablet option Enter the credentials into the mobile app or simply scan the QR code Please, keep in mind that you have to assign the mobile app to the same phonebook as the EGIP is After both devices are registered you can call them by entering their My2N number

Using configuration templates in 2N Elevator Center

This FAQ describes how to use the configuration templates in 2N Elevator Center. After you configure your Easy Gate IP, you can download the configuration file from the device to use it for bulk configuration. In the configuration interface of the device, click Maintenance -> Configuration -> Download: Now go back to Elevator Center to upload this file to make the EC configure devices that will be added in the future, in the same way as the first EGIP. Go to Configuration templates and upload file for the respective type of EGIP: Now all other EGIPs added will have the very same configuration as the first one.
