• Detail description of problem

• Configuration file downloaded from VoiceBlue Lite gateway (Download parameters and use File/Save as)

• Configuration tool version which is used for that gateway configuration in case you have issue with loading/saving parameters and control of configuration tool

• Trace of described issue
