Minimum upload and download speed: 640 kbps + some reserve
2N devices require standard internet access in order to use My2N services. There is no need to configure your firewall if you use the standard settings. If your internet connectivity is fully blocked by a firewall or NAT, you need to permit the following and also configure your device in a way it matches the required codecs listed below (Codecs are not needed for Elevator Center as device s there are not meant to receive SIP calls):
