The three entrances to the building were equipped with 2N IP Verso 2.0 intercoms, configured with a three-module touch display, a Bluetooth reader, and an RFID reader. These intercoms serve as elegant main entry points and support all modern access technologies.

All communication with visitors takes place via the My2N app. Residents receive calls and open doors directly from their mobile phones without needing to install answering units in their apartments.

The My2N app serves as the primary identifier for residents (mobile phone, Apple Watch), for sharing temporary access with visitors via QR codes, and for remotely opening doors or handling intercom calls. This gives residents maximum flexibility without compromising the building's security.

2N Access Unit 2.0 readers with Bluetooth and RFID support were installed to allow movement around the building outside the main entrances. These provide convenient access to areas such as the bicycle storage room, fitness center, and technical rooms. Thanks to extended identification support, residents can also open doors using their Apple Watch.

A key element of the implementation is the 2-way integration of the 2N and KONE systems, which provides 2 essential functions: resident and visitor access. After successful identity verification (mobile phone, chip, or Apple Watch), the 2N intercom recognizes the resident and their assigned floor, automatically calls the nearest elevator, preselects the destination floor, and even allows the resident to walk to the cabin that has already been prepared, which will take them up without the need for further interaction.

For visitors, couriers, and services, the process is similarly convenient and emphasizes security. The visitor rings the 2N intercom, and the resident then lets them into the building via their mobile phone. The system then automatically calls the elevator and presets the only permitted floor – the resident's apartment. This ensures that visitors and couriers cannot freely walk around the building.
