By default, you can call the intercom from your My2N app and see the video stream from the intercom.
This feature may be prohibited in some countries as you have to have the permission of the people around, to be able to monitor the space nearby the camera.
This FAQ explains how to restrict the calling from the app in such a way that the user will be able to accept incoming calls only and won't be able to make a call to the intercom and see the camera stream.
My2N Portal settings
Log in to your My2N portal and open the device where you want to disable the incoming calls:

Click on the "Devices" (1) tab and select the Intercom unit

Locate the "2N Mobile Video" (2) tab

Enable the "Reject incoming calls" (3)

Save the configuration by clicking on the "SAVE CHANGES" (4)

Once you will enable "Reject incoming calls" the user will not be able to create an incoming call to the Intercom and will not be able to see the camera stream:
