The steps in this article require using the web interface of a 2N device. Please follow this manual in case this is your first time using the web interface.

This article is showing you how to configure the switch codes within the My2N cloud to be able to open doors. In case you don't have an electric lock connected to the intercom, please read the following articles before configuring the switch:

Step-by-step Guide

Firstly it is necessary to configure the switch codes under the intercom in your My2N account.

1) On your My2N site, go to section devices -> choose the intercom you want to configure -> click on the 3 dots -> choose option "edit device".

However you can also take a look into the intercom settings and verify if the codes have been uploaded into the intercom or in case you have chosen the option "not managed by My2N"  the codes can be configured in the following section Hardware -> switches in the web interface.
