How are CIP partners trained?

The process involves partners needing to successfully complete two trainings. One technical, at the 2N Academy, and one commercial/sales related.

There are two levels of partners available to you – Certified and Certified Elite.

• To be Certified, 2 technicians of the installer or System Integrator’s company must obtain the 2N Academy BASIC certificate.
• To be Elite, 4 technicians of the installer or System Integrator’s company must obtain the 2N Academy BASIC certificate + 2N Academy ADVANCED certificate.

All our installers also receive direct commercial training from the 2N Sales team. This consists of becoming versed in the correct 2N market approach, as well as in-depth knowledge of the 2N product portfolio and the best solution for each project.
