The 2N Mobile Key app has been completely replaced by the My2N app.

The 2N® Mobile Key application turns your mobile phone into an access card for passage through buildings. The application communicates with our selected 2N IP intercoms and access control units using NFC and Bluetooth technologies.

2N® PICard Commander

Manage secure cards using our user-friendly 2N® PICard Commander application. This software is designed for both facility managers and system integrators and allows them to create unique cryptographic key sets for each site. These keysets are then used to encrypt access credentials on MIFARE® DESFire® EV2 and EV3 cards via a 2N USB reader.

2N® IP Eye is a freely available application that displays video from an IP intercom on your PC in the event of an incoming call. This makes it the ideal solution if you have a regular desktop IP telephone that does not display video. The application can also be used as a video surveillance tool. 2N® Network Scanner

The 2N® Network Scanner is a simple, freely available application for locating 2N IP intercoms in the network. After searching the network, the application shows the type, firmware version and IP address of all intercoms found on a chart. This simplifies the administration and installation of intercom systems. Simply run the easy-to-use software to get immediate results.

2N® Meeting Room

The 2N® Meeting Room application for the 2N® Indoor Touch 2.0 offers users a full overview of scheduled occupancy for meeting rooms. Just install a 2N® Indoor Touch 2.0 with the uploaded application near the door to the meeting room. By checking the display, users can immediately see when the room is free. The 2N® Elevator Center gives you non-stop control over all installed elevator devices. Manage and monitor your IP communicators, gateways and routers from your office. You don’t need any IT skills. A technician will install the device and it will automatically connect to the portal in just a few seconds. 2N® Elevator Center will safely and reliably usher you to the world of smart elevators with modern functions.

2N® Lift1 Service Tool

With the aid of 2N® Lift1 Service Tool software, you will be able to completely set up the 2N® Lift1 communicator. In addition to this, the software application can, apart from configuration, also be used to perform an upgrade and to change the language version.

2N® Lift8 Service Tool

The 2N® Lift8 Service Tool is software used for local (USB) or remote (IP) configuration of one complete 2N® Call Center - Communicator (audio messages, additional modules, splitters and I/O modules).

2N® Call Center – Control Panel enables complete system set-up and administration. With the help of this software, you can set up detailed information on individual communicators, their addresses, the method of answering alarm/control calls, etc.

2N® Call Center - Communicator

The 2N® Call Center - Communicator is a user application for the administration of alarm calls. In the event of an incoming emergency call, all data about the lift is displayed, including a map with information on the location of the lift and the option of making notes.

2N® Call Center - Server

The 2N® Call Center – Server is a service that runs in the background in Windows. All information about the system, users and control and alarm calls is stored in the database on the server. The 2N® Call Center – Communicator and 2N® Call Center – Control Panel applications then connect to the server to obtain the necessary data.

2N® LiftIP Service Tool

With the 2N® LiftIP Service Tool, you will be able to fully configure the 2N® LiftIP lift communicator yourself. The tool will also help you update the software or switch between languages for audio announcements played back in the lift cabin or used during configuration.

The 2N® Contact Centre Solution software application serves to monitor and supervise the contact centre. A manager can monitor the statuses of the individual operators and campaigns from the viewpoint of their efficiency, not only on a computer, but also on a tablet or smartphone.
