INIT status - What to do if VoIP card is still in INIT status?

  1. Check by ATI4 MAC address of VoIP card. In case of 00-00-00-00 please contact technical support

  2. Check mode of pri gateway - must be set to "SIP" (from firmware 02.30.05 or higher it is not necessary)

  3. Upload voip firmware to CPU card of the gateway
