Tasks and responsibilities
- Be a servant leader and help our software development teams in becoming self-organized
- Coach both individuals and teams on their agile journey
- Be part of the Agile Competence team, the Scrum masters team and work on common goals together
- Contribute to building global agile delivery competency by formalizing and spreading the adoption of good practices across teams in the whole 2N organization
Must have
- Scrum Master working experience from software teams environment
- Perfect knowledge of Czech or Slovak language
- Willingness to work with the team at our offices in Prague 4 - Modřany
