GSM/UMTS Gateway for Lifts

2N® EasyGate PRO is a full-featured land-line replacement. An analogue GSM/UMTS gateway suited for a lift environment. Connect to it any lift emergency communication system, or use it as an instant replacement of fixed lines via mobile (cellular) solution. In addition, the gateway can make a call for transferring data and SMS messages.

  • Land-line replacement
    Take advantage of the 2N® EasyGate as an ideal fixed line replacement for a lift communicator need. You’ll save the monthly fixed-line costs.
  • Trouble-free installation
    Save time when you install thanks to our ‘plug & play’ solution. Configure the advanced features remotely. There’s no waiting for a fixed line to be fitted.
  • Lift monitoring by SMS report
    Check on the condition and functioning of your lifts. Thanks to lift monitoring contact and SMS messages you get an instant overview and can respond to any situation immediately.
  • Event reporting
    A switching contact is available, which can be used to signal an event via the GSM/UMTS gateway. The report is sent by SMS to a pre-set number.
  • Backup power supply
    In the event of a drop in the main power supply the gateway gets its power from the internal battery, guaranteeing operation to exceeding EN 81-28 specification.
  • Notification in case of power failure
    The gateway can send an SMS to inform not only about the failure or restoration of the primary power supply, but also the backup battery status. The battery status information can also be transmitted by P100 or CPC protocols if connected with 2N® Lift1.
  • Simple configuration
    Configuring of the advanced features can be done locally via the USB port or remotely via voice menu (DTMF) or SMS.
  • Zero fixed-line costs
    The 2N® EasyGate can save on the cost of calls made from the lift. It reduced your monthly fixed line costs to zero.
  • Plug & Play installation
    The basic installation consists of inserting a SIM card, entering the PIN code and connecting the existing analogue line device to the appropriate port on the gateway. Your GSM/UMTS gateway is immediately ready to make a call.
