2N® EasyGate PRO

2N® EasyGate PRO is a single-channel analogue GSM / UMTS gateway. It is a solution based on mobile network used for a fixed line replacement. Compared with 2N® EasyGate, it can also be equipped with battery backup. This makes it especially suitable for environments requiring resistance against power outages.

  • Fixed-line replacement
    Take advantage of the 2N® EasyGate PRO fixed line replacement. Anywhere a fixed line is not available or where its operation would not pay for itself.
  • Easy installation
    Thanks to the ‘plug & play’ solution you don’t have to wait for a fixed line to be put in, or to spend time on device configuration. In addition, you also get a power supply backup.
  • Backup power supply
    In case of main power supply outage, the gateway gets its power from the internal batteries. This makes it resistant against power outages.
  • SMS monitoring
    The GSM/UMTS gateway can keep you informed via SMS about an outage the main power, its coming on again, and the status of the backup batteries.
  • Call-metering impulses at 16 or 12 kHz
    2N® EasyGate PRO is equipped with a tariff impulse transmitter. These serve to determine the call pricing or duration of an attached device.
  • Plug & Play installation
    Basic installation consists of inserting a SIM card, entering the PIN code and connecting the analogue line device to the relevant port on the gateway. After that, you can start making calls immediately.
  • Automatic dialling
    In the event of a long lasting pick-up of the handset without dialling a number, a predefined number is dialled automatically.
  • SMS input
    The gateway can also be used for monitoring. On detecting a switching SMS input, it can send a predefined SMS to a specified number.
