2N® Meeting Room
The 2N® Meeting Room application for the 2N® Indoor Touch 2.0 offers users a full overview of scheduled occupancy for meeting rooms. Just install a 2N® Indoor Touch 2.0 with the uploaded application near the door to the meeting room. By checking the display, users can immediately see when the room is free. You can synchronise the application with a shared calendar on Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Google Gmail or Zimbra. Download presentation or leaflet.

Activating 2N® Meeting Room
First, upload a Meeting Room licence to the 2N® Indoor Touch 2.0 unit (order number: 02171-001), then switch on the 2N® Meeting Room function. To ensure clarity and user-friendliness, the unit automatically deactivates itself for calls.
Support for Widget Extensions
Besides synchronising the device with a calendar and the being able to immediately reserve a room, you can also customise the appearance of the 2N® Meeting Room application. You can easily change the name of the meeting room or add a logo or other image. You can also add other features, such as the date, time, day of the week or information about the current weather.
