The Carson mobile app integrates the door communications, access control and camera systems as well as service requests and online rental payment. Integration with 2N aims to create a comprehensive application that administrators and residents alike find practical and convenient to use.
Full integration of the 2N IP door communication system with Carson lets you see video from the intercom camera or call directly from the intercom to the Carson non-stop call centre. Tenants can schedule when calls from the 2N IP intercom are redirected to the call centre. For example, the centre’s staff can easily make sure that parcels are delivered by a courier directly to the tenant’s door while the tenant is at work. Because it is linked to an accounting system, the list of the building’s residents on the 2N IP intercom display is always current. New tenants are immediately visible in the door-access list.
