2N IP Audio Kit Lite - Button does not work | 2N Frequently asked questions

The steps in this article require using the web interface of a 2N device. Please follow this manual in case this is your first time using the web interface.

Please check Hardware/Keypad/Keypad Mapping. The button is represented in Column1 and Row4. QuickDial button number has to be set and not * as shown on picture bellow.
