This FAQ describes how to add the 2N LiftGate to the 2N Elevator Center. First, you will need to find the Serial Number of the device. This can be found in the unit itself or at the web interface. Second, you will need to find the Security Code at the web interface. To add the device to your Elevator Center account, log in to your account and click Devices and then Add device, as you can see on this picture: Then you will be asked for Serial Number and Security Code: From here you can manage your device remotely or update device

Deleting 2N EasyGate IP from 2N Elevator Center

After you log in to your 2N Elevator Center account you can see the list of your devices. Select the device you want to remove from 2N Elevator Center Once you’re on the selected device status page, you can click on the “REMOVE DEVICE” option. The 2N Elevator Center will ask you if you want to remove the device The 2N EasyGate IP will then perform the factory reset. All of the settings will set to the default. The 2N EasyGate IP will turn off, the separate red LED indicator in position 1 among the signal LEDs goes on and then the 2N EasyGate IP will turn on again with the LED indicators showing the EGIP status. After that, the 2N EasyGate IP will be removed from your device list.

Enforcer corner IP Camera - 2N Sentrio / LiftIP 2.0

The steps in this article require using the web interface of a 2N device. Please follow this manual in case this is your first time using the web interface. IP Camera setup: Default IP 192.168.1.30 – connect to that IP address an use ID = adminPWD = admin (by default) Change password as below, and save Set new IP address which is compatible in your network you want to use to. And save it. As a next step you need to set a Sub Stream for 2N Sentrio / 2N LiftIP 2.0 – Resolutions 1280x720 and 640x480, both are working. Copy URL link of that stream and paste it into web config of 2N Sentrio / LiftIP 2.0Username = adminPassword = the same as the PWD to the camera

Factory reset on 2N LiftGate

1) With a RESET button on motherboard The RESET button located on the 2N Liftgate motherboard is used for factory default reset or restart of the device. Remove the main unit upper cover to get access to the button. The button is to the right of the LTE module above the antenna connectors. Press the RESET button 5 times to reset the factory defaults; the device will be restarted after the factory reset. 2) In the LiftGate's web interface After logging in, go to Configuration -> Maintenance -> Factory reset: 3) By removing LiftGate from Elevator Centre If your LiftGate is currently added to Elevator Centre (EC), you can perform a factory reset by simply removing it from there. Sentrio- Firmware Upgrade We always recommend having the latest firmware on your devices. This article will guide you through the upgrade procedure, even if you currently have a very old version. Prerequesities 2N SentrioInternet connectivity for the Sentrio in the case of the online upgrade methodElevator Center in case of the cloud upgrade method Feature Properties The firmware upgrade does not delete your current configuration, but we recommend saving a backup configuration before starting. However, the process updates the configuration, which may render it incompatible with previous firmware versions. How to Back Up Configuration You can select from the online, offline, and cloud upgrade methods2N Sentrio device also checks the firmware file to prevent the upload of a wrong or corrupted file. The Firmware of the Sentrio can be downloaded from here if you are doing an offline upgrade Offline Upgrade Method Go to System - Maintenance and click on the Upgrade Firmware button Select the firmware file and start the upgrade. The Sentrio will automatically get restarted and new firmware will then be available.The whole update process takes less than a minute. Online Upgrade Method A 2N Sentrio device can download the right latest firmware file by itself.Just go to System - Maintenance and click on the Upgrade Now button when the interom says that a new version is available. This FAQ describes how to use the configuration templates in 2N Elevator Center. After you configure your Easy Gate IP, you can download the configuration file from the device to use it for bulk configuration. In the configuration interface of the device, click Maintenance -> Configuration -> Download: Now go back to Elevator Center to upload this file to make the EC configure devices that will be added in the future, in the same way as the first EGIP. Go to Configuration templates and upload file for the respective type of EGIP: Now all other EGIPs added will have the very same configuration as the first one.
