Integration with 2N products

  1. General Description

    The integration between 2N IP Intercoms and Avaya communication platforms is based on standard SIP signalling, allowing 2N intercoms to operate as fully registered SIP endpoints within the Avaya telephony environment. Once registered, the intercom can place and receive calls to Avaya extensions, call groups, or other SIP endpoints, enabling seamless two-way communication between door intercoms and internal users.

    The integration supports direct SIP registration, call establishment, and call routing through Avaya infrastructure without requiring additional middleware or proprietary gateways. This enables reliable operation, simplified deployment, and compatibility with enterprise-grade Avaya PBX systems for commercial, enterprise, and residential projects. Parallel calls can be implemented using Avaya ring groups or by registering the intercom to multiple SIP accounts.
