Temporary issues in the My2N app resolved

We recently released an update to the My2N app on iOS devices. Unfortunately, some users experienced complete or partial disruptions following this update. The great news is that we have completely resolved the issue.

What happened in detail:

  • Thursday, 27 Feb: We released an update to the My2N app on iOS devices.
  • Friday morning, 28 Feb: We received reports of the app malfunctioning. We temporarily removed the app from the iOS store to prevent more users from downloading the affected version and immediately started working on a fix.
  • Friday afternoon, 28 Feb: We released a fixed version of the My2N app that resolved the issue for the majority of users. The My2N app was available again on the iOS App Store.
  • Saturday morning, 29 Feb: We released another fix that resolved the issue for all users.

What users can do:

  • If the app is working as intended, it will continue to do so.
  • If your app was affected, please update to the latest version from the iOS App Store. This update should resolve any issues you have been experiencing.
  • If you are still encountering problems, report it directly in the app, but we don’t expect any further issues.
