The steps in this article require using the web interface of a 2N device. Please follow this manual in case this is your first time using the web interface.

The nerve centre of our access control solution is 2N Access Commander. Use it for managing access to the building and monitoring the status of 2N access devices in real time.

Have you been asked by the 2N technical support team for diagnostics logs from 2N Access Commander?
You can get them easily from its web interface.

 

Prerequisities

2N Access Commander, the latest version of the software;
no additional license is required

 

Collecting diagnostics logs

• Login to web interface of 2N Access Commander and go to section Settings - Troubleshooting.
  
  
  • Click on Generate logs button.
    
    
  • Wait till logs are created. It may take a while in case more log information are present within 2N Access Commander.
    
    
  • Once completed, download them to your computer by clicking on the showed button.

 

 

 

 

If you have older version of the system with different look of the web interface, please click here.

• Login to web interface of 2N Access Commander and go to section Settings - DIAGNOSTICS.

• • Click on CREATE LOGS button.

•  
  • Wait till logs are created. It may take a while in case more log information are present within 2N Access Commander.

 

• • Once completed, download them to your computer by clicking the button which is green now.
