What to do when OfficeRoute stopped working after a month.

Check your license

  • Connect to the configuration menu via web interface (enter the IP address of OfficeRoute to your web browser)

  • Log in into the device as Admin or by your user´s account

  • On the first page you will see information about licenses – check line Expires (hours)

  • If your license expired, ask Customer Care or Technical Support for an unlimited license
